Service Name: Market Rent Collection

This portal is provided by the Municipality for the convenience of shop owners and tenants operating within municipal market complexes. The service allows you to:

1. Check Rent Status

By entering your unique Consumer Number, you can instantly view:

• Current month's rent status (Paid/Unpaid).
• Any arrears or previous dues.
• Details of your shop (Room No, Floor, Market Complex).
• Total payable amount.

2. Online Payment

You can pay your outstanding rent dues securely using UPI (Unified Payments Interface). Supported apps include Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and others.

How to Pay:

1. Enter your Consumer Number on the home page.
2. Click on "Show Details".
3. If you have dues, a "Pay Now" or QR Code option will be displayed.
4. Scan the QR code with your UPI app or click the payment link to complete the transaction.
