In cancellation policy there will be no refund against government payment.
Payments made towards market rent are considered final and binding. Once a payment is successfully processed and credited to the municipality's account, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
In the exceptional case where a duplicate payment is made for the same billing period due to a technical error (e.g., amount deducted twice from your bank account), please contact the municipal office immediately with proof of both transactions. Such cases will be verified against our records and the bank's transaction logs. If verified, the excess amount may be adjusted against future rent or processed for refund at the sole discretion of the municipal authority, subject to administrative procedures.
If you believe there is an error in the rent amount displayed, please contact the municipal office before making the payment. Once paid, the amount is deemed accepted by the consumer.
