This portal is intended for the shop owners/tenants of the municipality to view their rent status and make payments. You agree to use the portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
While we strive to ensure that the information regarding rent dues and shop details is accurate, discrepancies may occur. It is the user's responsibility to verify the details (Consumer No, Shop No, Amount) before making a payment.
Payments are processed through secure third-party UPI interfaces. The municipality is not responsible for any failure in the payment gateway or banking network. A payment is considered complete only when it is successfully credited to the municipality's account and reflected in the system.
The municipality shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this portal, including but not limited to damages for loss of data or funds due to technical errors.
The municipality reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
